The 15th annual Annie Hargraves Day will be celebrated in Covington from 2 p.m. to dusk on Sunday, Sept. 5, at Annie Hargraves Park at the West Robbins Street bridge and Chesapeake. Annie Hargraves was an outstanding educator and park director of the Covington Recreation Department for 45 years.
