Dr. O’dell Owens, President of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, is joining the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board.

Owens, most recently Hamilton County Coroner, was named president of Cincinnati State in August 2010. He serves on a number of boards and is known for his work with at-risk youth.
